Christmas Cruise Highlights 🎄⚓

This cruise started with an overnight in Barbados. We all went out to Harbour Lights, a beach club that turns into a bar at night, and I had a fantastic time partying the night away. The next day, we were back onboard ready for the cruise ahead.

Our first port was Martinique, where we had rounds and drills. I popped off to grab a poke bowl and buy my Secret Santa present before returning to the ship. The following day was Saint Kitts, and I spent the morning relaxing onboard, knowing the next couple of days were going to be busy.
Christmas Eve in Saint Martin was magical. I went to the beach with colleagues and friends, enjoyed an ice cream, and returned for the last children’s nativity rehearsal and I led the children's carol concert. On Christmas Day, the morning was mine, but in the afternoon, I helped Santa hand out presents to all the children onboard. That evening, it was back to work in the reef.

Boxing Day was a bit of a mix of fun and work. I spent time with a friend doing the Skywalk high ropes, enjoying stunning views of Tortola, before returning to normal duties.
Next, we had two days in Antigua. The first day I relaxed onboard, recovering from Christmas, while serving as IPM. That evening, we went out to Tree House for the overnighter. On day two, I started at 6 PM and enjoyed some time at the beach.

In St. Lucia, I spent some time with friends outside the youth department and enjoyed a soothing visit to the volcanic mud baths.

New Year’s Eve was in Grenada. I spent the morning onboard doing laundry and preparing for the celebrations that night. New Year’s Day was busy again as we headed back to Barbados, ready for the next turnaround.

Here’s to living joyfully,
Jodie ✨
