A Short Update with Big Changes Ahead

Hey guys,

Just a quick check-in this week—it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster, but the highs have definitely outweighed the lows.

Sleep has been tricky, either struggling to drift off or waking far too early. That meant I missed one workout and felt pretty wiped by the weekend 😴

On the brighter side:

• I treated myself to a new autumn/winter haul since my old clothes are now too big 🛍
• I’ve got the details for my next contract starting in November (I’ll share more once it’s confirmed) 🤞🏻
• In the meantime, I’ll be hopping aboard the Queen Anne for a short contract at the start of October 🚢

And most importantly—a huge happy 13th birthday to my nephew Henry today! 🥳
